DOES ONE TABLET MEAN ONE WASH?

Yes. One tablet is one wash. Each tablet has the right portion required to wash your face.

DOES THE TABLET GET SPOILT?

As long as the tablet remains in its packaging it is fresh every time you pop a new tablet.

ARE THERE ANY PRESERVATIVES?

No

DOES THIS WORK FOR ANY SKIN TYPE?

Yes. The ingredients work with normal, dry, oily and a combination of skin types.

WHAT ABOUT ALLERGIES?

Please check with your doctor if you are allergic to any of the ingredients listed on the box.

DO I NEED A MOISTURIZER AFTERWARDS?

While our formula has been developed to provide you with a full skin care routine: cleanse, exfoliate and moisturize, please moisturize as needed for your skin.

CAN ANYONE USE THIS?

Yes. The product can be used by men and women.

WHAT ABOUT SHIPPING COSTS?

Yes shipping costs may apply.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I GET A REFILL?

Each box has 60 washes. Depending how many times you wash your face you can request a refill.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I CLEANSE MY SKIN?

We recommend you wash your face at least once a day.

CAN I USE FEATHER & BONE FACE GEMS IF I AM PREGNANT?

Yes, but please check with your doctor.

IS IT SAFE TO USE FEATHER & BONE FACE GEMS WHILE TAKING OTHER MEDICATIONS?

Yes. It is not to be ingested, however please check with your doctor.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I MAKE AN ERROR IN MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

WHAT IS FEATHER & BONE SUBSCRIPTIONS?

Feather & Bone Subscriptions is a convenient online service that ensures you never go without your favorite Face Gems. You specify how often you want to receive the Face Gems, and we send them to you automatically!

You always have complete control over your deliveries and will receive pre-shipment emails before we place orders. You can change your delivery frequency and quantity in the ‘My Subscriptions’ link in your subscription started email. Changes to orders can be made anytime within 24 hours of the next scheduled shipment date. You can cancel at any time. Normal shipping fees apply.

HOW DO I JOIN FEATHER & BONE SUBSCRIPTIONS?

To join, just select the Feather & Bone Subscriptions option under buy now, choose a delivery frequency ranging from 1 to 6 months, and check out as normal. We take care of the rest.

WHAT WILL HAPPEN AFTER I JOIN FEATHER & BONE SUBSCRIPTIONS?

After you join Feather & Bone Subscriptions, you will receive an email confirming your subscription. This email will include a link to access ‘Feather & Bone Subscriptions’, where you can manage subscriptions, future orders and additional account information. You can access the ‘My Subscriptions’ tab at any time by signing into the featherandboneco.com website with your Feather & Bone Account. You can sign into your account by clicking on the ‘Log In’ link in the top right corner of any page of the featherandboneco.com website

We will place your Feather & Bone Subscriptions orders automatically based on your selected frequency, and you will only be billed on the day the order is shipped (normal shipping fees apply). Prior to each order, we will send you an email reminder. You will also receive email notifications regarding other important information related to your account, such as if you cancel your subscription, or confirmation when an order places successfully.

HOW DO I MAKE CHANGES TO FEATHER & BONE SUBSCRIPTIONS SHIPMENTS?

Once you’ve joined, Feather & Bone Subscriptions is easy to manage. You can change your next order date, skip an order, change your selected frequency, or cancel a subscription by visiting ‘My Subscriptions’. You can access the ‘My Subscriptions’ tab at any time by signing into the featherandboneco.com website with your Feather & Bone Account. You can sign into your account by clicking on the ‘Log In’ link in the top right corner of any page of the featherandconeco.com website. Please allow up to 48 hours for modifications or cancellations to be processed.

Change an order date:
To change your next order date, please visit the ‘My Next Order’ tab under ‘My Subscriptions’ in your Feather & Bone account section of featherandboneco.com and click the ‘Change’ link near the next order date. Please select the new date for your order. This will change the order date for the entire order.
Skip a delivery: To skip an order, visit the ‘My Next Order’ tab under ‘My Subscriptions’ in your Feather & Bone account section of featherandboneco.com and click the ‘Skip Delivery’ link near the next order date to skip the entire order.
Change shipment frequency: To modify the delivery frequency for a subscription item, visit the ‘My Subscriptions’ tab in your Feather & Bone account section of featherandboneco.com. On this tab, the current delivery frequency is displayed next to each subscription item in a drop down menu. To change the delivery frequency for your Face Gems, simply click the arrow of the frequency drop down you would like to modify, and select your next desired frequency from the pull down menu.
Remove an item from an upcoming order: To remove an item from an upcoming subscription order, please visit the ‘My Next Order’ tab under ‘My Subscriptions’ after logging into your Feather & Bone account of featherandboneco.com. Click the ‘Remove’ link under the item quantity. You will be prompted to confirm this action.
Cancel subscription:
To cancel a subscription, visit the ‘My Subscriptions’ tab after logging into your Feather & Bone account on featherandboneco.com and click the ‘Deactivate’ link under the subscription you’d like to cancel. You’ll be prompted to confirm this action and indicate your reason for cancelling. We appreciate any valuable feedback you can provide regarding your cancellation. Once you’ve chosen ‘I want to Cancel’, your subscription will be cancelled and no future orders will be placed. You will also receive an email notification confirming this. You can reactivate your subscription by clicking the ‘Reactivate’ link in the ‘My Subscriptions’ tab.
Please allow up to 48 hours for any modifications or cancellations to be processed.

HOW DO I MAKE CHANGES TO MY SUBSCRIPTION ACCOUNT’S INFORMATION?

To review or modify your account information, visit the main page of your Feather & Bone account. You can change your shipping address, billing address or payment information for an individual order or at the subscription item level, which will affect all future orders. You can also change the delivery frequency.
To change shipping address, please click the ‘Change’ link next to the current shipping address. This will prompt a pop-up window where you will be able to enter your new shipping address.
To change billing address, please click the ‘Change’ link next to the current billing address. This will prompt a pop-up window where you will be able to enter your new billing address.
To change payment information, please click the ‘Change’ link next to the current payment info. This will prompt a pop-up window where you will be able to enter your new payment information.
To make account updates for all future orders, you will need to make modifications at the subscription item level, which can be done on the ‘My Subscriptions’ tab.
Please allow up to 48 hours for modifications or cancellations to be processed.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE ‘MY NEXT ORDER’ AND ‘MY SUBSCRIPTION’ TABS?

The ‘My Next Order’ tab shows the details for your next scheduled order.

In contrast, the ‘My Subscriptions’ tab displays all associated details for the Face Gems subscription. This includes the next order date, delivery frequency, quantity, shipping address, billing address, payment information, and email reminder timing.

All subscriptions will be charged to your default card once they ship.

WHAT TYPE OF PAYMENT METHOD DO FEATHER & BONE SUBSCRIPTIONS ACCEPT?
