Why a tablet?
It is portion controlled. You are applying exactly how much you need.
Plus know your face is clean. Ever wonder, how do I know my face is clean? Outside of the feeling or image in the mirror there is no way to know for sure. With Face Gems, the brown color of our tablets allows you to know. When you wash it off, if your towel is clean, as in no brown residue, you know you have washed thoroughly – no oils or dirt on this face! Washing thoroughly is key for a good skincare ritual.
All ingredients are 100% natural, cruelty-free, vegan and non-gmo.
*We use less than 2% silicon dioxide to facilitate manufacturing.
#POPDROPWASH
Step 1: Remove makeup before using.
POP one tablet. Place in the palm of your hand.
Step 2: DROP water on to tablet. Use yours hand to drop water. DO NOT put tablet under water. Softly press on tablet to form a paste.
Step 3: Scoop paste. DO NOT rub hands together. Apply on full face.
WASH face. No brown residue on face towel means you’ve washed thoroughly.
Pro Tip: You can leave product on as a mask for 5 minutes for extra silkiness.

Gentle enough for all skin types, Face Gems contain three specific, natural ingredients: Fuller’s Earth, Sandalwood, and Corn Starch. That’s it! I absolutely LOVED the face gems I received to try and review and absolutely be ordering some!Years ago, I had a friend from India bring me a face face wash clay powder to use, and it was AMAZING! These tablets,remind me of this clay. The smell, and the way it feels are amazing, and leaves your skin SO smooth and toned feeling without tightening or feeling dry, which being Canadian, is a tall order! We have SEVERE dry weather. The tablets were easy to use and even though are small, I absolutely perfect size for single use application,so no waste! I had previously found only a few face washes that worked to clear up my acne for my combo skin but none of them were fantastic and mind-blowingly good like this! I found out about this company while I visited beauty con new york just before leaving and doing a quick last minute walk through and wow am I glad I did that. I was a bit skeptical of how much it would do for my skin as it was only 3 ingredients saying to myself “how much could this really do.” I have only been using them for a week, 1 every night, and my skin has looked FLAWLESS every since. almost every current bit of ance I had was gone in about 2-3 days while my acne scars (which I have had for years because nothing seemed to be working for removing it) have almost completely disappeared!! It’s hard for to get moisture from exfoliating products, but my face wasn’t dried out after using face gems. It was moisturized! I like to use this as a exfoliating cleanser and clay mask to get the full benefit. I also love how they are individually wrapped! I can take them everywhere ! Looking forward to other products from FNB !

I got these in my Dough box (if you haven’t heard of Dough, definitely look it up) and I love them! I have never really had any issues with my skin but I do get small breakouts sometimes. Regardless, I have definitely noticed a difference in my skin since I started using these! My only concern is the packaging. I haven’t seen any information about what it made of, but I try to be environmentally conscious, so worry a bit about the waste. I would suggest replicating what the brand by Humankind has done with their mouthwash.

I’m glad to see that there’s a space for customer reviews here and hope others will use this to share their experiences. I read about the face gems in an online article on natural beauty and was immediately psyched. I have been struggling with adult acne for about a year and a half and also have been seeking nontoxic products, so needless to say I’ve tried a ton of stuff and it’s been a whole lot of trial and error. Almost every liquid cleanser I’ve tried during this time has broken me out either immediately or down the line, due to them having soap that was messing with my ph, ingredients that were natural but too harsh for my skin (ie tea tree), or oils that despite being fairly noncomedogenic still didn’t work well with my skin. anyway, the only thing that seemed to calm down and exfoliate my skin well was chickpea flour, but it honestly just wasn’t washing it quite enough so I still had to use either hemp oil or a not-so-great liquid face wash once a week or so. also as a side note, an elimination diet helped me figure out which foods were causing inflammation for me and that helped a whole ton. this is a long-winded experience that I wanted to share for others who might be struggling and feel like they want to give up on finding natural products that work because: these face gems really rule and holy crap am I impressed by how well they work. I would not hesitate to recommend these to anyone with any skin type. these are easy to use, smell good if you enjoy sandalwood, and they work wonderfully. they let me know that these won’t take off oil-based makeup, but I rarely wear any aside from around my eyes so it hasn’t been an issue. I just use a face wipe and then cleanse, or just take off my eye makeup with oil. these make my face feel very clean after use, and they exfoliate gently and make your skin very soft. they also don’t dry out my skin the way other cleansers I’ve used do. I have just been following with a rosewater/glycerin toner or one with acv/water prior to the aforementioned one if my face is feeling especially oily. I’ve been using for a couple weeks now and they haven’t irritated my skin or broken me out at all. my face actually feels calmer after using them, which is not something you find with most products that exfoliate. okay, hopefully there will be something in here that’s helpful to someone reading. to summarize: these face gems are awesome, try them!
